Frequently asked questions from applicants
Do I need a CV to apply?
Yes, a CV is required for every application so we can assess your experience and offer you a suitable position. A cover letter is not mandatory, but it can be an advantage.
How quickly can I start working?
It depends on the specific position. For most roles, you can start within a few days. We will always inform you of the exact start date in advance.
Will you help me with accommodation?
Yes. For many job offers, accommodation is either provided or arranged. You will know in advance whether it is free or requires a co-payment.
Is the job legal and will I have a contract?
Yes. All positions are legal; you will receive a written employment contract or agreement in accordance with applicable laws.
Do I need to know a foreign language?
Not for every job. In many positions, Slovak or Czech is sufficient. If German or English is required, it will be specified directly in the job description.
Can I work abroad even without experience?
Yes, some positions are suitable for people without experience. For specialized professions (e.g., electrician, welder, forklift operator), experience or certification is required.
What if I have a problem during work?
You have a dedicated AMMI Work coordinator who will help you resolve any situation—whether it’s accommodation, the job itself, or communication with the company.
Can I apply even if I don’t see a suitable offer right now?
Yes. Just send us your CV via this form or directly by email. We will keep your details and contact you as soon as a suitable position appears.
